Property does not count with standard sockets inside the Loft and Domos. Therefore hairdryers and razors can´t be connected. Please note that in an environmental effort, the property provides energy from solar panels, guests are able to charge their mobile phones but other larger appliances may not be used. The wooden hot tubs must be requested at least 1 day in advance. They can be used for an extra fee. Please also note that there are dogs in this property. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). *Pet Friendly rules ✔ A maximum of 1 small pet (dog or cat) is allowed per cabin. ✔ The pet must weigh no more than 20 kg. ✔ Vaccinations and deworming must be up to date. ✔ Leash required in common areas. ✔ Pets must not be left alone in the cabin. ✔ Owners must always clean up after their pets. ✔ Please avoid excessive noise (barking or other sounds) that may disturb the peace and tranquility of the property. ✔ Additional cleaning fee: CLP 10,000. 💰 Security deposit: CLP 50,000. * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
