Relaxing, beautiful the perfect stay.
Beautiful resort. Staff are lovely and could not be more helpful. Pool was great and pool side service was excellent. Two pools available - one adults only which was nice. Room was super clean large and comfortable. Only issue was re stocking of coffee and sugar was a bit random. Other than that the room was cleaned and bed made every day. Room ammenities were very good. We had a garden view room which was very nice with wallabies visiting morning and evening. The pool side rooms where the adult pool was would be good - we were not sure if this would be noisy at times but not and excellent to go from your own veranda with sun beds to the pool etc. Had the best hair dryer I have ever come across in a hotel/resort ! Bus available once daily into the town and back later in the afternoon. Although the public bus service was also very good and easy to use. Restaurants were all very good which you would expect as they are on the expensive side. Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay which is what we were looking for. The gym facilities were excellent and also probably one of the better equipped hotel/resort gyms I have been to. Also not too busy at the times I visited. Clean and all machines working! We were there for an anniversary/birthday and were offered a bottle of sparkling on arrival which we were later also told we could take to the poolside Resturant area and drink there with lunch. Rueben who was working in that bar was Excellent
There is nothing that immediately comes to mind that I did not like.

Perfect holiday! While our room was pricey, we think it was definitely worth it.
What did we like? Well, its more a question of what we didn't like and that was nothing. The staff were amazing from the moment we checked in (shout out to May at the front desk). While we splurged on an upgrade to the pool villa we think it was worth every cent. Expensive? Yes! However, it made our stay even more wonderful and we were surprised about the may 'complementary' things that came with the room.
Maybe the construction out the front was a little disappointing, but other than that we cant think of anything we didn't like.

Location was great, we have 4 rooms, it would have been wonderful to have the lower floor rooms so we could sit together more easily.
Not having direct access to the beach

Exclusive retreat perfect for couples
It’s exclusive and expensive. This for most people is a WOW resort. From the moment we arrived we were spoilt, by the beautiful staff, extraordinary adult pool area and a beautifully appointed. Sunset Bar and Grill was perfect for watching the famous Cable Beach sunset and Cicchetti was a first class Italian restaurant where you were fed the most beautiful food.
