Ich habe ohne Frühstück gebucht, Lage war sehr gut, sowohl die Stadt als auch der Strand waren in der näheren Umgebung und man war schnell in Ausflugszielen im Inselinneren.

Simplemente perfecto para disfrutar del paraíso azoriano
Todo muy bien, pero sobretodo la amabilidad de Orlando y su inestimable ayuda en todo. Tuvimos un esguince y nos facilitó muletas para toda la estancia. Está muy bien situado y aparcas en la puerta sin problema. Nos limpiaron el apartamento a mitad de estancia (estuvimos 10 noches)También nos ofrecieron él y Carla una cena con productos de la tierra y estuvimos charlando muy agusto. Lo recomiendo sin duda. Mil gracias Orlando!
Todo muy bien pero por poner algo, quizás pondría un microhondas en la suite de arriba (aunque en todo momento teníamos disponible la cocina de la planta baja)

Pěkné, čisté ubytování, měly jsme k dispozicí horní uzamykatelné patro se dvěma pokoji, majitel nám dal k dispozicí svoji plně vybavenou kuchyň v přízemí včetně pračky se sušičkou, naše nejlepší ubytování na cestách po Azorských ostrovech

We had a good time in Cabo da Vila. Orlando was very welcoming and even a night check-in was not a problem. Communication was perfect. The place has a great location - close to the city center, but enough far to be in a calm zone, with non problematic parking. There is a shared garden with swimming pool, tables, barbecue place.
I did not realize there is a shared kitchen. Maybe it is a reason why it was not always totally clean to my standards. The kitchen space would deserve more cleaning attention. Overall I would describe the house clean, however The biggest minus was the presence of cockroaches in our upper family suite. We found 4 of them during our 5 days stay. 1 each day.... Not sure from where they were appearing. Maybe from kitchen downstairs? Really not sure, but definitely not a nice surprise during our stay.
