-The apartment is for the exclusive use of families. Parties and/or bachelor/ette parties are not allowed. -The entry of visitors who are not previously registered is not allowed. -The capacity of 6 people (including children and babies) is not allowed. - The building's pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 08:00 am to 8:00 pm. On Mondays it will always be under maintenance until 1 pm to 8:00 pm. -The check-in time to the apartment is at 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am. (The schedule will only be flexible depending on the availability and schedule of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure). -Upon arrival, the building will charge a tourist registration fee of 20,000 COP per person, only credit or debit cards are accepted; cash is not accepted. (This amount may vary according to the building's rules and is not included in the total value of the reservation).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.     Schlicht mit guter Aussicht, inklusive Extrakosten und Maus

    Die Aussicht in der Unterkunft war sehr schön und das Schwimmen im Pool auf der Dachterasse bei Sonnenuntergang wunderschön. Die Badezimmer waren modern. Die Rezeption im Haus war sehr freundlich.

    Wir hatten leider eine Maus in der Wohnung - das haben wir im 26. Stock so nicht erwartet. Gruselig war auch, dass das Ende des Gelände des Balkons um die Ecke nicht befestigt war - dadurch war dieses sehr wackelig. Unschön war auch, dass eine nicht bei Booking.com kommunizierte Reinigungsgebühren in Höhe von 45€(!) dazu kam…

    No constantly hot water in the showers. Only after up to 10-15 min. Irresponsible and unfriendly host. Def not recommend

    Good location. Very close to the airport. Nice pool (with construction in the next building)

    For the first 2 nights of our stay, there was no hot water in any of the 3 showers. We informed the host immediately, but only after another day after claiming someone same to check. There was no responsibility from the host. Even after the “repair,” we still had to wait up to 10-15 minutes every time before the water gets warm. Being told to “just wait a few minutes” is not an acceptable solution when the wait is this long. We suggested a reasonable compensation (one complimentary night) due to the inconvenience, but this was refused and we were required to pay the full amount. This situation was not handled professionally, and there was no real sense of responsibility taken by the host. Not having reliable hot water for most of the stay is simply unacceptable.
