Ok stay but wouldn’t go back
The location was excellent, with everything we needed close by. The owner was very friendly, approachable, and always available if we needed any help. We also asked if it would be possible to check in earlier than the scheduled time, and they kindly accommodated our request, which we really appreciated.
The location of the apartment was amazing and definitely one of its biggest advantages. The owner was friendly, responsive, and genuinely tried to help whenever we raised any issues. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the apartment itself. Every night we saw cockroaches in the garden, living room and toilet, which made our stay very uncomfortable, especially as we were travelling with two toddlers. We struggled to relax and ended up losing a lot of sleep because of it. The toilet was also a major issue. When we arrived, the flush wasn’t working at all. The owner arranged for a worker to come three times during our stay, and while we appreciated the effort to resolve the problem, it was stressful having to stay in to let them in each time. We were there for a holiday not to stay indoors to sort these problems out! By the end of our stay, the toilet was working better, but it still wasn’t functioning properly and often required flushing multiple times. It’s a shame because the location was excellent, but the ongoing maintenance issues and the cockroach problem had a significant impact on our overall experience.

Estancia de descanso genial.
Muy buena ubicación, cerca de las playas de Veril, el Inglés..y de paradas de bus para la capital, aeropuerto....etc. La terraza que daba a la piscina era fantástica. El tamaño del apartamento y funcionamiento aire acondicionado, era correcto. Pequeña urbanización tranquila, sin apenas ruido, por lo que se descansa bien. Supermercado al lado del la urbanización. Estaba bien equipado, y al preguntar por tostador y sartenes pequeñas que no había, al día siguiente las trajeron. Muy amables en todo, y en especial al informarnos donde poder aparcar el coche que teníamos en alquiler. Si volviera a Gran Canaria, repetiría este alojamiento.
Muchos gatos callejeros por la entrada la apartamento.
