Beautiful villa in quiet residential area.
The villa is stunning, great decor,well equipped kitchen, much bigger than it looks in the photographs. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and good quality linens. The outside space is well presented, good quality furniture, lots of shade if you need it, outside shower so you can hop in and out of the hot tub. There may not be a sea view, but you can hear the sea. Situated in a quiet residential area, few tourists when we were there. There are a small number of restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, a great bakery and two small supermarkets within 15 mins walk. There are beaches close by, but if you want sunbeds and umbrellas it's about a 20 min walk to a steep road down to the beach. There was no charge for sunbeds, the beach bar did drinks service to the beach and the food was great. Alex was great, prompt responses. Keys are accessed via key safe. Property is secure. We were 2 females and felt very safe in the villa and walking about the area.
No issues with the property at all. The area suited me, but it is not at all touristy, no late night bars, no shops, no taxi stand, no buses. We made the mistake of booking with a big online company for airport transfers and they cancelled at the last minute. There are local taxis based in Preveza, we used Taxi Preveza Services, they were great. If you want to explore the area probably best to hire a car.

A very cute two story cactus house
It is a very cute and practical two story house with a small jacuzzi and a big upstairs balcony. Rooms are spacious with a nice view on the terrace. The bedding was perfect. The kitchen is very spacious and comfortable. The rocking chair next to the jacuzzi was perfectly appreciated. The house is quite new, with a huge sofa and extremely beautiful green marble staircase💚 The host was helpful when we had some minor plumbing issues, and offered us a dinner in a near by taverna, which we are very thankful for. Bathroom is of a very dark beautiful design. The two huge Cacti at the entrance were magnificent💚
The jacuzzi is a little too noisy and there was a big wasps nest inside the umbrella. The area around the two villas is not quite attractive and you certainly need a car to move around.

Es war super sauber, beim einchecken und der Kommunikation davor und währenddessen gab es keine Probleme. Die Lage ist super und man hat alles was man braucht. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen und wir kommen definitiv wieder.
Im oberen Bereich hat man leider keinen sehr guten oder teilweise sogar gar keinen Internetempfang gehabt. Dies war für unsere Kinder das einzig negative.
