Appartamento molto elegante e spazioso anche per viaggi di lavoro adatto a 3 ospiti. Molto parcheggio per l'auto davanti all'ingresso del palazzo. 20 min di macchina da Roma Termini
Darei la possibilità di aprire le finestre dei bagni.

Das Wort Luxury ist fehl am Platz
Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schranktüren ließen sich teilweise nicht schließen. Die Bäder sind gammelig und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig. Mit dem Besteck aus einem seltsam angelaufenen Metall möchte man nicht essen. Es sieht jedenfalls alles etwas verwahrlost aus. Das wäre alles noch erträglich, wenn die Wohnung günstig wäre. Ist sie aber nicht.

La casa è spaziosa e con una grandissima zona giorno, molto vivibile. Si trova in quartiere calmissimo a 5 minuti di macchina da servizi e metropolitana che permette di girare per Roma agevolmente. Cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. Non da ultimo casa completamente climatizzata, che in estate fa la differenza!
