    Delusione totale

    My stay ended with a very unpleasant experience. On the day before check-out, I requested room cleaning. Before leaving the room, I checked the cash in my wallet and knew exactly how much money I had. Later, after the room had been cleaned, I returned and found that €320 were missing from my wallet. I immediately reported the incident to the property and later filed an official police report in Phuket. The property denied any responsibility, and despite my efforts, the issue was never resolved. What concerned me even more was that my bag had been moved from its original position, my wallet was not properly closed, and one of my cards was partially sticking out when I checked it. I also contacted Booking.com and provided all the details, including the police report. Unfortunately, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution regarding the missing money. I cannot say what exactly happened, but I can only describe my experience and the sequence of events as they occurred. Because of this incident and the way it was handled, I left feeling disappointed and stressed during the final day of my trip. I recommend that future guests take extra care with their valuables and use any available safe or secure storage for cash and important belongings.

    Unpleasant odour

    The location of the property was excellent—just a two-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

    I stayed in Room 3, there was a persistent unpleasant odour. I had to keep the balcony door open all day, otherwise the smell became quite unbearable by the evening. Considering the price, I believe there are better options available in the area.
