    After checking out, we did not immediately notice that some personal belongings were missing from our suitcases. We discovered the missing items later and reported the situation to the hotel management. Unfortunately, no real action was taken by the hotel management. We were only told that they would check with the cleaning staff, but we received no further information or follow-up. What is particularly concerning is that during our evening walk, the room was not locked and had not been cleaned that day. Nevertheless, after our stay, we discovered that personal belongings were missing from our suitcases. This situation left us with a very bad impression of the hotel and seriously affected our overall experience.
