    Location was perfect. Incredible view of the lake from front sitting area. Easy to walk into town for groceries or seeing the lake.

    Home away from home with views to die for

    Very spacious 1 bed unit. Kitchen fully stocked with all equipment needed plus more. Bedroom was beautiful with a seating area with the most amazing views, nice warm place to enjoy morning coffee. Was surprised by the spaciousness of the whole unit. Home away from home.

    Could have stayed longer.

    An unforgettable winter stay in Tekapo with stunning views and amazing hospitality :)

    The location is fantastic, offering beautiful lake views right outside and perfect spots for stargazing on clear nights. I was so touched to find that the host had turned on the air conditioner to warm up the room before our arrival. The place is cozy, spotless, and clearly maintained with great care. Having three layers of light down duvets to customize our warmth was great, and with the portable heater in the bedroom and a heater in the bathroom, our winter stay was super comfortable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Tekapo and will recommend it to everyone.

    The only minor detail is that the washing machine and dryer in the shared laundry had a slight musty smell when opened, might need a bit of attention... I didn't end up using them.
