Good but the property needs some general TLC

    Great communication

Some things broken like shower hose in bathrooms. Some dust behind doors and mould, and dirt on walls - limited kitchen cooking equipment. Plants all dead and pool has a sun damaged brown mark all around water line. Feels like property needs some general TLC. Safe broken also so couldn’t use that.
