    attraktives Stadthaus

    Das Haus wurde sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet. Es gibt unglaublich viel Platz und die Atmosphäre im Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zu Fuß läuft man in 5-8 Minuten ins Zentrum. Die Dachteresse ist toll. Insg. alles sehr unkompliziert.

    Bei Regen nimmt man wahr, dass das Haus ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem hat. Manches müsste ausgetauscht oder repariert werde werden z.B. Polster auf der Dachterrasse, Klimagerät, ... für kleine Kinder nichte geeignet aufgrund offener Treppen. Wlan nur in max. 50 % des Hausese nutzbar.

    La ubicación (porque teníamos un evento en Inca)

    Las fotos generan unas expectativas por encima de la realidad. La piscina está poco cuidada, el baño, aseo y cocina están mal cuidados. Las escaleras no cuentan con barandilla (peligroso para niños pequeños). La puertas no se pueden cerrar así que los dormitorios no tienen privacidad.

    Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gute Lage. Man kann von dort alles super in kurzer Zeit erreichen.
