La situación donde está y la comodidad del apartamento, tiene de todo.
El apartamento perfecto pero la entrada al portal y escaleras bastante sucias, aunque no es culpa del propietario..

L’ascensor no està operatiu, tot i que només és un 1er pis, i per tant res greu. I a la porta del replà no hi ha indicat si és la 1a o la 2a i va generar una mica de confusió a l’arribada, però un cop vam veure que era la que quedava a mà esquerra, dubte resolt.
