    - La posizione: attaccata al mare (sia spiaggia libera che attrezzata), a poco più di 1km dal centro e dal porto - La gentilezza e disponibilità del proprietario - La pulizia - L'archetettura del palazzo (per chi ama Le Corbusier)

    La colazione al bar in spiaggia (letteralmente 2 min a piedi da casa) è l'unica pecca nel senso che non è molto buona e fornita ma è l'unico bar in zona quindi più che un "contro" dell'appartamento è un consiglio per altri turisti: andate in una delle ottime pasticcerie raggiungibili in macchina.
