    Has potential, but dissapointing stay

    -Good location -Nice pool -Nice rooms -Free water stations on every floor

    -No AC in the rooms due to it being 'cooler outside'. Room was boiling hot, asked the staff for a fan which was a straight no. No intent on trying to resolve the issue. We raised a complaint to hotel management, and still haven't heard back - 1 week later!! False advertising!!! - You have to pay for pool towels - Every time you want to enter the car park with your car, you have to come inside the hotel to ask them to open the barrier -Our double room was two single beds pushed together -Pool table was broken -Food in the restaurant is mediocre. Lots of options but bland or salty

    Excelente

    El hotel está muy bien, con unas instalaciones cómodas y adecuadas, pero lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido el trato del personal, ha sido de 10. El trato de Félix, metre del restaurante, es realmente impresionante,nos has hecho sentir como en casa. Volveremos a vernos, seguro!
