    Disgusting.

    The lady who helped us in was kind.

    The place was absolutely filthy. There re various stains all over the walls and furniture. The bathroom has mold all over it. Unusable. I reached out to the owner of the house and they said they would help with the refund process as we agreed to pay for 2 out of the 5 nights we booked. (We didn't stay in the place at all, but we wanted to at least pay 2 days for the inconvenience). After filling out the refund form, it was denied and booking.com said they were unable to help vecause the owner refuses to respond. 0 help from both the owner and booking.com. Stick to a different site.
