    Stylishe Wohnung, gute Lage aber leider feuchte Wände

    Die zentrale Lage mit der Straßenbahn die am Fenster vorbeigefahren ist - sehr cool. Die Möbel, alles neu und sehr elegant bzw. kunstaffin. Küche groß, Bäder neu und stylish. Die Betreuung war gut: Nach Info über WLAN Probleme bzw. zu heißem Wasser kam jemand vorbei und es wurde versucht eine Lösung zu finden.

    Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben de facto kein Tageslicht - bei einem führt das Fenster in den (leider ungepflegten) ebenerdigen Hof mit Milchglas. Das zweite ist überhaupt ganz innenliegend - auch keine Belüftungsmöglichkeit. Auch die Küche grenzt an eine Art größeren Lichtschacht an, der ebenfalls nicht gepflegt ist. Das größte Problem für uns war jedoch, dass die Wand zum Innenhof in dem einen Schlafzimmer feucht war - es roch stark muffig/nach Keller und die Wand hatte (trotz Übermalung) einen weißen Schimmelflaum. Wir fühlten uns dadurch im Schlafzimmer leider sehr unwohl.

    Muito caro, porém num ótimo lugar.

    Ótima localização. Ser no primeiro andar foi muito bom, eram muitas bagagens e minha mãe é uma senhora de idade. Bem espaçoso.

    Só não gostamos da parede com mofo no quarto de casal.

    Lovely and spacious flat in the centre of town, 10 mins walk from many tourist attractions. Checking in/out was easy
