  This villa is honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed in Greece, and I’ve traveled to many different parts of the country. The villa has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you like cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Just a short walk away, there is an excellent restaurant serving incredibly fresh and delicious fish at very reasonable prices, with generous portions. We ended up eating there several times. The owner is one of the kindest, friendliest, and most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met. He greeted us with homemade lemonade upon arrival and gave us fantastic recommendations for the best beaches and places to visit in the area. Every single recommendation was perfect, so my advice is simple: listen to him! There were a few items we mentioned we didn’t have and planned to buy ourselves. Without us even asking, he brought them to the villa that same evening around 9–10 PM. That level of care and hospitality is truly rare. The balcony offers a beautiful sea view. You can watch fishermen below, spot octopuses in the clear water, and if you’re lucky, even see dolphins. The property also has a lovely garden with fruit trees, making it a peaceful place to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a quiet afternoon. There is also a perfect, convenient parking area for your car. We noticed one review mentioning that traffic noise from the road was disturbing at night. That was not our experience at all. Occasionally, you may hear a very faint sound, but it is minimal and never affected our sleep or our holiday in any way. We will definitely come back next summer, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Greece. It truly exceeded all our expectations.

  Прекрасные апартаменты, очень чисто и просторно, есть все для жизни, кухня укомплектована полностью всем необходимым, очень приятный и доброжелательный хозяин, месторасположение замечательное, прекрасный вид на море, близко пляж и центр. Вернусь еще именно в эти апартаменты. Рекомендую.

  direkt überm Meer

  Relativ grosse, schöne Wohnung direkt überm Meer, voll eingerichtet, tolle Lage unweit Hafen mit tollen Seafood Restaurants. Strand mit Bewirtschaftung, Duschen und schöner Atmosphäre 1km entfernt, sehr gut erreichbarer Gastgeber

  wer empfindliche Ohren hat, den wird nachts der Strassenlärm stören. Ich habe stattdessen auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Und ich habe da sehr sehr gut geschlafen.
