    Bad

    Location

Had to move rooms on the first day due to the air conditioning breaking and no hot water. It was the noisiest hotel I have stayed in Vietnam. There was shouting and people banging on our door past 11pm. This then started again at 6am. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

    Poor

Staff were friendly upon arrival and location is great.

Sheets were dirty and covered in hair, breakfast was eggs covered in oil and stale bread. Also, there were people screaming in the hallways until 3.30am. Couldn’t call down to reception as phone didn’t work. When speaking with them they simply said ‘locals are here’ offering understanding for a literal sleepless night. They eventually offered us a 10% discount on the room which was good. Overall, would have rather stayed elsewhere (which we did after) for the same price but clean and sleepable.
