    The receptionist, Susana, when I checked in was delightful - she was very efficient, polite and helped me check in early. The room is a great size, and I had a room overlooking the pool and the ocean, which had the most magnificent sunsets. On the first night there was also complementary cake and wine brought to the room, honestly just overall fantastic. I didn't realise it at first, but you can eat at any of the restaurants including the ala carte which I recommend if you don't have kids. The food was exceptional. All you can drink sparkling wine, ice cream and cocktails by the pool. I went in October and there was almost no one around, sun loungers were easily available and not too noisy pool side, live entertainment every night. It was so good.

    The food at the buffet was very average, I recommend going to book at the other restaurants and eating there, they don't cater for kids unlike the buffet. The bar staff act like they're doing you a favor, its easier to just help yourself to wine, than ask for a cocktail. I did book the spa treatment which was a separate cost and definitely not worth the money, its just a man rubbing oil on you like a chicken ready for roasting. There was a receptionist in the middle of the weekend who was super unhelpful, but I think its just luck of the draw who you get.

    La chambre était plutôt confortable, le lit grand. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était généreux et avait du choix. L’espace piscine.

    Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un kit de rasage déjà utilisé, le rasoir était encore présent dans l’emballage et plein de poils. À se demander si la chambre avait vraiment été nettoyée. Le buffet snack de l’après midi avait l’air d’être posé là depuis le matin: les frites étaient molles, les saucisses flétries, plus de sauce disponible… Le buffet du soir était un buffet italien…. Tout était sec et peu gourmand. Les jus du petit déjeuner avait était déjà installé le soir même pour le lendemain matin.
