Do NOT book unless you know exactly what you are getting. Think twice before booking.
Very little. The apartment was reasonably clean, and the host eventually agreed to refund the unused nights. The location was convenient, but the overall experience overshadowed these positives
Very stressful experience, especially arriving late at night with children. The property is divided into three separately rented apartments, but this is not clearly disclosed in the listing. Our door code did not work, and the host did not answer repeated calls. We were standing outside on the street trying to figure out how to enter. Police then arrived because another guest had reported someone trying to open her door. Another renter appeared shortly afterward, and we finally realized three families were staying in the same building. Poor lighting and almost no signage made the situation even more confusing. Inside, it was extremely hot and suffocating. The AC controls were confusing, one unit was leaking, and another made an extremely loud mechanical noise. The apartment was clean enough, but the underlying property is very old and poorly maintained despite cosmetic updates. There were musty/moisture smells and poorly maintained windows. Most concerning, the bathroom window opens directly onto an outside staircase and the lock did not work, creating a serious security concern. My kids were scared and wanted to leave immediately. I found another hotel at a similar price, but by the time I tried to book it, it was after midnight and the room was gone. We reluctantly stayed one night and left first thing in the morning. I would strongly recommend that families think twice before booking and confirm exactly which apartment they are renting.

Nice place, poor location
The place was very clean, with well-kept, newer furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, cooking oil and other extras. Separate air conditioners in different rooms worked well to keep the place comfortable during some very hot weather.
The neighborhood was a bit rundown and the road out front had a fair amount of traffic, but it got quieter at night. The stairs to the third floor made it difficult to carry luggage to the unit. Parking was only available on the busy street out front, not on the narrow, steep side street near the stairs.
