The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed for a weeklong stay. The hosts clearly put thought into the amenities in the kitchen, for instance! We were able to easily cook while we were there. They were very accommodating of our late arrival and any questions we had along the way. We stayed during a very hot July week and the AC was great to use. The apartment is located in good walking distance to the train station and other parts of Prato. Highly recommend.

We were a little short on toilet paper across the week, but able to buy our own easily at the supermarket.

    Good

Air conditioning and washing machine during heat wave

We need to move our luggages to the apartment through narrow and steep stairs, the non stick pots and pan are already damaged, I needed to wait for the host to response to open the door remotely
