Filthy apartment, unacceptable service and serious concerns about the property's integrity
The location was convenient.
An extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise other travelers to think twice before booking Caliza Roma. Upon arrival, the apartment was simply not clean. We found hairs from previous guests in multiple places, and the floors were so filthy that our feet became dirty just from walking barefoot inside. We actually had to ask housekeeping to come back and clean the apartment again. Basic hygiene should never be something guests have to request after checking in. It raises serious questions about the property's cleaning standards and overall management. However, what happened after our stay was even more unacceptable. Caliza Roma charged an additional MXN 5,000 to my credit card without authorization and without providing any corresponding service. When confronted, the property acknowledged in writing that the charge was incorrect, apologized and promised an immediate refund. That was more than two months ago. Despite repeated reminders, numerous promises and intervention by Booking.com, the money has still not been returned. There is no disagreement about whether the charge was justified. The property itself has admitted that it was not. Yet it has failed to return the money. This is not merely poor customer service. It raises serious concerns about the property's professionalism, accountability and trustworthiness. Guests should not have to chase a hotel for months to recover money that was taken without authorization, particularly after the hotel has explicitly acknowledged its mistake. What makes this experience particularly disturbing is the complete disconnect between the property's repeated apologies and its actual conduct. Promises mean very little when they are consistently not honored. Between the unacceptable hygiene standards and the subsequent handling of an unauthorized charge, I have lost all confidence in this establishment.

Amazing!
Amazing new and modern. Beds were super comfortable and the staff was great! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to be very central and have everything at their doorstep.

Excelentes espacios, excelente ubicación
Segunda vez que nos hospedamos con ustedes. Volvimos porque nos gustó mucho el departamento y la zona excelente para caminar. Lo que más me gustó es que ya tiene aire acondicionado!!! De modo que ya podemos cerrar las ventanas para evitar entrada de ruido en la noche, y el olor a fritanga de puesteros de la calle
