    Ruheoase mit einer Terrasse und einen Blick ins Grüne.

    Super Lage sehr ruhig, ab vom Trubel. Eine kleine Ruheoase. Mit einer kleinen Terrasse zum frühstücken mit einen schönen Ausblick auf die Kirche und grünen Innenhof. Alles in der Nähe was man braucht, Bäcker und Supermarkt. Arsenalle und Gardini in Laufweite. Gastgeberin sehr nett, hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und wir dürften das Gepäck am letzen Tag bei ihnen unterstellen. Vielen Dank 🙏

    Als wir ankamen hat es etwas modrig gerochen aber als die Klimaanlage angeschaltet war, hat sich verzogen.

    Sono rimasta molto delusa.

    Buona la posizione ma non ottima. Almeno venti minuti a piedi da Piazza San Marco, andando a passo svelto. Ho apprezzato che si siano adoperati per tenere le nostre valigie oltre il check out.

    Pulizia molto superficiale. Ragnatele sparse per casa, zanzariere e marmi delle finestre piene di polvere a tal punto da costringerci a non aprirle, gli angoli delle stanze piene di polvere, per non parlare del comò con i tarli, e tanta umidità sulle pareti. Terrazza nella quale speravamo di fare una colazione, completamente impraticabile, anzitutto perché si accede dal bagno e poi perché sporchissima. Addirittura sul tavolo del terrazzo giaceva un mazzo di fiori secco. Inoltre, la camera spacciata per seconda e’ un piccolissimo soggiorno con un divano letto ad una piazza e mezzo che non va bene per due persone adulte. Il bagno privo di qualsiasi piano d’appoggio.

    Dir Kommunikation mit Booking.com lief äusserst schlecht. So habe ich erst 5 Tage vor Anreise erfahren, welche Calle dei

    Die Lage ist zur Biennale ( Giardini und Arsenale) gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist optimal.

    Es gibt leider ein Abeasserproblem im Bad und im Garten.
