The communication with the hosts is perfect and they are open to help and proactive. The villa itself is spacious, offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The backyard with pool and bbq area is perfect supplement to the nearby beaches. They are walkable distance (10 mins) but be advised it is over a dirt road.

The only actual inconvenience we had was with the AC installation. It had issues supporting a temperature. It improved a bit after the hosts reconfigured it. A slight inconvenience is the fact there is no garbage disposal spot nearby.
