    Ancien château magnifique devenu un hôtel mal géré

    Le cadre de l'hôtel et les parties communes principales sont de très haut niveau avec un ancien château de premier plan

    La gestion de cet établissement est catastrophique : moquettes des chambres sales, éclairages de la salle à manger et des chambres de type néon horrible, repas du restaurant chers et de qualité médiocre, ...

    Enjoyed our short stay in a Grand looking Hotel.

    Most of the Staff were very friendly. Room was big and clean but our shower leaked so extra towel matts used. Location was spot on, visual appearance was very good. Ample parking facilities and great acceptance for our four legged friends. Hats off to the cleaning staff as they were very helpful when we met them. Plenty of refills for the tea, coffee & hot chocolate. Never liked the methods used for milk when in Hotels so always bring a pint.....

    Breakfast, good food choices but poor application, never had one hot breakfast, warmed food will always cool long before it hits your palate. Think they should take off the food allowance procedure as it gives the wrong impression. Room rate with bed and breakfast should be just that.... Mind you i focused on the Toast so you cant go wrong there.

    Location and food.

    Info from staff wasn't correct re towels for swimming. Having said we wanted a dessert, no one came back to take our order. We ended up just leaving. Barman shouting across the room that I hadn't given card info at desk. I shouted back that I had. He went off to check then shouted from bar that I had. At no point did he quietly approach me to sort out apparent issue . It could have been very embarrassing.
