  Interesting unique property at a reasonable price close to the beach 100€ per night when we stayed

  Good area, nice decor and furniture, good outdoor pool in summer, spring and autumn but was too cold to swim in late mid October, good large TV in living room and each bedroom has its own tv. Pretty well stocked kitchen with pots and pans of reasonable condition. And a nice collection of cups from around the world. Good washing machines but it’s in Greek so you’ll need google translate with your smart phone camera to work out the settings, you will also need to gently jiggle the door of the washing machine a little bit to get it to work sometimes. Internet is reasonable download speed around 40MB/S but slower upload at approx 9MB/s max. Nice new Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen is great for espresso coffee! ☕️ There is parking at the perimeter of the complex. With a short walk to the entrance at the back of the property nearly the pool. Elevator is ok and makes taking bags to the apartment convenient. Walking distance to a local shop and close drive to beach and shops and restaurants. Uber or having own car is recommended.

  One light was not working in bathroom and in the kitchen it was quite dark to cook, bathroom toilet seat was very loose and needs tightening. Hosts were very nice but spoke no English - recommend only to speak to host via WhatsApp and not in person to facilitate smooth communication. Bed in main bedroom is very firm, recommend the host puts in a mattress topper of thin 2-3cm memory foam to make it more comfortable. The power system for the oven will trip the fuse if you put it on above 180c and use the stove hot plates at the same time, you will need to turn the fuse switches back on in the hallway.

  Exceptional

  We had a fantastic stay at Aspasia's clean and bright apartment! The apartment is incredibly spacious, with air-conditioning in every bedroom and the lounge, ensuring a comfortable stay for us. The proximity to Voulameni Lake is a definite plus, so we visited there several times during the month we stayed there and we also enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful balcony with its stunning sunset views. The smart TV in the lounge was great too. The pool is amazing, offering a refreshing escape. The location is perfect, surrounded by many great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large American fridge which was a bonus. The location is quiet, providing a peaceful retreat.   Spacious Apartment with Scenic Views and Nearby Amenities: A Charming Stay Off the Beaten Path

  This is an excellent place suitable for both short-term and long-term stays. The apartment itself is fully equipped—when I say fully, I mean it. It includes an oven, washing machine, an array of dishes, and various appliances—everything you could possibly need. It's incredibly spacious, boasting two balconies on opposite sides, each offering a fantastic view. One overlooks the sea, providing a refreshing breeze, while the other showcases the stunning mountains. The owners are amazing and incredibly helpful; they'll assist you promptly with anything you require. In terms of design, anticipate a traditional yet elegant and upscale environment.

  There isn't much more to add, but it's important to note that the location isn't central. Having a car might be advantageous. However, even without one, you'll find plenty of restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. To reach the nearest tram, you'll need to take a bus

  Perfect

  Very nice, well-kept accommodation with a pleasant neighborhood, we only met Greeks :-). Large terrace with stunning sea views. The pool was great too and always clean, we didn't use it that often, but when we did, we were always the only ones. The location is a bit outside of Athens and the tourist places (that's meant positively), but the nearby beaches (5-15 minutes by car, taxi 5-15 euros) are unexpectedly beautiful, not overcrowded at all for August, the sea is clean and the water is wonderfully crystal clear. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The key handover worked smoothly. Communication was in English. Our expectations were met. We can fully recommend the accommodation!
