    Location, size, views.

    It was dirty. Windows were covered in dirt and bird poo. Cob webs, spiders, mossy/slippery outdoor door mats. Dust and hair behind bathroom/toilet doors. Not many staple items in pantry, eg salt and pepper. Facecloths were used instead of hand towels. Sorry but if you're paying around $4000 for accommodation it needs to be clean. One of the rooms was not big enough for a couple (bedroom facing the road next to downstairs toilet).
