  Lovely apartment with beautiful interior design! There’s a small kitchenette equipped with basic kitchenware, plates, wine glasses, drinking glasses, and other essentials. The apartment also has a hairdryer, fridge, air conditioning, safe, TV with YouTube, and more. The terrace is really charming, with a small jacuzzi that makes it even more special. The location is great, with restaurants just a 10-minute walk away. The staff were very kind and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. They also gave us a lovely little souvenir - small towels with the hotel’s logo on them. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! We really enjoyed our stay!

  Breakfast is included, but it’s quite repetitive and consists of too much bread. We were served exactly the same breakfast three days in a row, and coffee isn’t included. However, there are some nice coffee shops just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Since breakfast is an additional perk, it’s still great to have it included. There’s a road nearby, so you can sometimes hear passing cars, especially motorcycles. There’s also a dog living next door that occasionally barks quite loudly in the mornings. Overall, though, we had a very good experience. None of these issues were a big deal, and I would happily stay at these apartments again!

  La tranquillité des lieux, la propreté, la proximité avec la ville. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

  Super gemütliche Unterkunft. Ideale Lage für um Ruhe zu haben aber trz nah an der Stadt zu sein. Alles ist super sauber und wird auch jeden Tag gereinigt. Der Whirpool ist super entspannend und auf der Terrasse kann man gut zur Ruhe kommen.

  Das Frühstück ist zwar ausreichend und lecker. Jedoch wird es jeden Tag geliefert und man hat keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un soggiorno molto piacevole Abbiamo soggiornato presso Calma Luxury Studios & Suites dal 22 al 29 agosto e nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La stanza era carina, confortevole e ben organizzata, oltre che pulita e ordinata. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la vasca idromassaggio, anche se, essendo esposta al sole durante le ore più calde, di giorno era praticamente impossibile utilizzarla. Sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto avere un ombrellone o una copertura che permetta di usufruirne anche durante il giorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo purtroppo riscontrato la presenza di alcune formiche in camera. Considerata la posizione della struttura, con la campagna proprio alle spalle, è comprensibile che possa verificarsi questo inconveniente, ma abbiamo comunque dovuto acquistare personalmente uno spray. Fortunatamente, il problema è stato risolto già il giorno successivo. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole: buona la colazione, ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo e molto comoda la posizione. Un’ulteriore nota positiva è stata la convenzione con il ristorante Desert Rose di Faliraki, dove abbiamo mangiato davvero molto bene e abbiamo potuto usufruire anche di uno sconto riservato agli ospiti della struttura. Lo consigliamo assolutamente! Nel complesso, consigliamo vivamente Calma Luxury Studios & Suites e ci torneremmo volentieri. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento, come una copertura per la vasca idromassaggio e una maggiore attenzione al problema delle formiche, sarebbe davvero perfetto.
