    The villa sits halfway up a hillside in wonderfully tranquil surroundings. It’s roughly a nine-minute drive to the historic centre of Urbino. The property is fully equipped inside, with tasteful, high-quality furniture and decor. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The homemade cakes and bread prepared by the hosts were delicious, alongside fresh free-range eggs laid by their own hens. Staying here feels like discovering a hidden paradise. We didn’t even lock the villa door at night, as we felt perfectly safe. What’s more, the garden gate can be locked remotely :)
