A clean and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was kind and professional. Everything met our expectations and we had a pleasant stay.

Very clean, comfortable and a great location!

Very clean, comfortable and in a brilliant location. Facilities for the money were fantastic! Great TV, incredible bed, coffee machine and a really good sized bathroom! Short walk to some great little restaurants and not too far from the airport and the train station. Was the ideal location for a trip with friends for the Imola GP

Centrally located , air conditioned unit

Centrally located - 10 minutes walk to the center, train station and there is a parking €5 a day - , quiet and the air conditioning was a life saver in the heat wave. The greeter was super nice: waited for us even though we ran into traffic and got there later than expected. I would use the property again for our stay in Bologna.

It had a funky smell in the entry area, very likely from previous vacationers smoked and the chemical being used to cover that .
