The apartment is big, each room has a bathroom with shower, living room and kitchen is very generous. All the ACs are working and it can get very cool in the apartment. Also there is a pool at the bulding. Also close to a very nice broadwalk alongside the sea and close to a calisthenics park.
It's nice to have an apartment with a lot of facilities, like dishwasher, coffee maker. But it's not great if it is not working, dishwasher soap box is broken and the dishwasher detergent is not staying inside, it's falling when you close the lid/door. We couldn't find capsules for the coffee machine, it was a Tassimo machine, and we searched in all groceries stores, the host said we can fine at Metro, but we saw only one metro in Larnaca... Another bad thing was that when you leave the house there is no electricity, because you turn on electricity using one of the keys that you get from the keybox. And you have to put the key for electricity, when you get the key out there is no electricity, so nothing will work, no dishwasher, no AC, NOTHING ( except from the fridge, it is working). So if you put in the morning dishes to wash and you leave, the machine will stop after you get the key out, and it will continue when you put the key back in , in the evening... or in the night The bathroom ventilation was not working in one bathroom, even if I said to the host that is not working he said he sent someone to fix it and it is fixed, it didn't work. In the other bathroom you could hear it working, making a buzz sound. Without that ventilation, the air from bathroom was stale, and also all the smells after the shower hot water or WC... It's not a good value for money.
