    Best apartment I've stayed at in Thailand. Perfect size and has everything you need. Very clean. The rooftop pool and gym are excellent. 711 and restaurants are 2 min walk away.

    Like most Thai condos, there is no soundproofing, so you can hear your neighbours in full HD! After booking, I was added to a whatsapp group, where I was told there is a limit on electricity and water, and I will be charged after that, 6 baht for electricity and 40 for water. This is not mentioned anywhere when booking on booking.com. I would have had no problem if It was in the policy when booking. I didn't go over the limit and was not charged, but still, just be transparent from the start. The AC in the bedroom is very noisy and the bed is a bit hard. Two phone towers very close by as well. This is still a great apartment in a great building and I would highly recommend it.

    Nice settlement, the view and the rooftop pool.

    Someone was smoking weed on my floor and it stunk out the common area. Despite the strict non smoking policy of the building, when I complained, it was investigated and confirmed but was told there's nothing they can do about it. I think if you're staying here with a young family you should keep this in mind as your might be exposed to it.

    Очень удобная планировка квартиры, отдельный плюс за гардеробную и ванну, все новое, чистое, бассейн и тренажёрный зал тоже чистые, здание не высокое, не муравейник. Персонал всегда на связи, мультиязычный, очень комфортно взаимодействовать. Рядом хорошее кафе и продуктовый магазин, река, где можно понаблюдать за варанами. Тихий район. Очень достойный вариант проживания!
