Brilliant, we had a great time and good communication with Alessendro.
Great location and view of the street from lounge window. Good vibe.
Only a small thing but maybe a coffee maker in the kitchen would be nice.

Мы искали жилье за пару недель до приезда и это было самое хорошее соотношение цена/качество, если хочешь жить в центре. Расположение и правда фантастическое. Вокруг на улицах очень шумно, но в 22 все прекращается и до утра можно спать в тишине. В квартире старый ремонт, но чисто. На кухне все есть из заявленного. В ванной ремонт новый, чисто, удобно. Стоить отметить сушилку для полотенец, которая исправно работает (редкость в путешествиях встретить такое). Но есть нюансы, которые не повлияли на оценку, но о которых нужно знать заранее: квартира на 3 этаже, лифта нет; мусор нужно будет вынести за собой (контейнеры в переулке рядом); посуду нужно помыть за собой. Отмечу хозяина квартиры, который дал все четкие и подробные инструкции.
Матрас и подушки для меня были нехорошими. Матрас твердый и достаточно старый, что привело к тому, что по центру он тоньше, чем по бокам и я всю ночь скатывалась на мужа. Это, конечно, хорошо. Но лучше бы матрас поменять.

Súper apto
Todo fue muyyyy bueno, lo único a tener en cuenta es que es un tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si van con maleta grande, sin embargo vale toda la pena del mundo, amplio, limpio, bonito, súper bien ubicado, tuvimos inconvenientes con el wifi y el anfitrión resolvió súper rápido.
Las escaleras porque teníamos una maleta grandota 😅
