    Excellent stay and very clean with excellent customer service!

    The staff were wonderful and very accommodating to my stay! I will definitely stay here again!

    Since it’s so close to the airport I would recommend getting a free shuttle to and from the Burbank Airport! That would definitely make it worth the stay there!!

    We love coming to Burbank, it's like our second home. Will be staying here in a future trip!

    we've been here before, and I really like how comfy the beds are! also the shower was pretty nice. we used the balcony on the 6th floor to take photos of my Papa Emeritus III cosplay.

    I think the only thing I would change would be that bathroom door, I don't like that's a slide-in with frosted glass, I'd prefer just a classic solid wood door. Having more than one person staying with you, especially family, makes it a little awkward!

    Comfortable and great location

    2 staff knock my door and interrupt me and my partner while we were getting ready to leave. They said that in their paper shows that no one was in the room anymore? and that we even left the key at the front desk, but even after I explained them we haven’t check out yet, they knock my door one more time. It was very unpleasant. I talked with front desk lady and she said that it did not show that I checked out yet. But why they insisted knocking my door and interrupt my comfort? I even had the don’t disturb sign hanging on my door. Very bad experience!!! I like to travel to LA and I wanted to try a new hotel close to Hollywood, but because this experience I will not comeback to your hotel. Everything else was fine, but that experience was really unpleasant!!
