Nice, but take care of additional charges not communicated in advance

Initially, I was very happy with the property, the service, and the overall experience. In fact, I left a positive review after my stay. Unfortunately, after checking my credit card, I noticed additional charges that should not have been applied without prior notice. I tried to resolve the issue, but my efforts were unsuccessful. As a result, my feedback has changed from positive to negative, mainly due to the poor post-stay customer service experience. For future travelers, I would recommend carefully reviewing their credit card statements and watching for any additional charges that were not clearly communicated in advance.
