    Very nice Hotel.

Location of property was great for restaurants and shopping. The drive to. Biltmore was very easy and short drive from the hotel.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of downtown.

Perfect location downtown, immaculately clean, loved the security in having to use a room key to access the elevator, appreciate the free champagne on arrival.

Glass bathroom door means when one person turns on the light it shines into the shared space, also feels like someone could accidentally peek in from the hallway when the room door is open.

Rooms were clean, location was great

The first morning that we went to breakfast at the hotel, service was very slow. We sat for 10 minutes before the waitress came to greet us and get some coffee. My eggs were cold when served. The following morning was better, but coffee was lukewarm!

I would stay here again, but bring my own pillows.

    The location in the staff.

Pillows were too small and too soft!!!
