They didn’t let me pay in Cash or let me use 2 different credit cards. That I did know. Which was unfair. But if I would

I haven’t been in that hotel for maybe like 2 years & everything has changed and they never told anybody that things has changed and I couldn’t even stay. In the hotel that I used to go there for 5yrs as well as 3 to 4 more rooms from friends that came down with me as well.

    Very uncomfortable experience.

    The customer service

The property lack of cleanliness and in need of major renovation. Maintenance had to be called to get hot water in shower. He had to run the sink faucet to get the shower water hot.
