    Would stay at Cambria Hotels again.

    We loved the food at the restaurant and the service.

    Snacks weren’t stocked very well.

    Our checkout time was 11 a.m., but around 9 a.m. housekeeping knocked and immediately opened our door while we were still inside. They did not wait for a response and entered the room using their key. When I came out, there was no apology. We later reported the incident to the hotel staff, but no one followed up with us, explained what happened, or informed us whether the issue had been addressed. This was very unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable in a room we had paid to use until 11 a.m. The lack of communication afterward was especially disappointing. I would expect much better handling of a privacy-related complaint from a hotel.
