    New Hotel & Modern Rooms

    The hotel is sleek and modern, the rooms are spacious, and check-in/out was seamless. Plus, there are tons of great restaurant options nearby.

    Our room had a connecting door, and we could hear every single sound from the adjacent room, making it extremely loud and uncomfortable. Additionally, the pool area was taken over by private kids' swimming lessons.

    Excellent service and beautiful property..

    Beautifully appointed room. Everything was top notch

    I am still working on getting this issue to try to resolve it. I was charged $20 and then $40 extra on my credit card. Manager told me that because I booked room thru 3rd party, the 3rd party charges a “resort fee”. If booked thru them no resort fee charged. I do not believe this was ever disclosed to me. I don’t know who to believe. It just left a bad taste. It really doesn’t make much sense.

    We were four women checking in and discovered we only had two towels. I called down for more towels and four hours later ended up going downstairs to the front desk and asking if they could please get me towels now.
