    La localisation parfaite et bien desservie, le fait d'avoir un code d'accès et pas des clefs était très pratique pour un groupe. Bon rapport qualité/prix. La terrasse était très appréciable, la salle de bain était très bien et l'appartement propre.

    Propriétaire peu réactif par message ce qui a été assez stressant pour l'organisation. Literie peu confortable, appartement peu adapté pour un grand groupe : des matelas ont été ajoutés au sol, et pas de salle commune, pas de serviettes, pas assez de couverts et lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un groupe, mais il faut avoir conscience de ces éléments.
