  Had a perfect stay for my friends stag. Perfectly clean and staff made it very convenient.

  Location, contact and facilities were great. Key code was excellent option for group stay. Could handle a big crowd with ease.

  There is a separate deposit required which is a bit new to me but was refunded after without issue.

  Wonderful place to stay if you're a large group wanting to stay in the centre of Brighton.

  Location relative to beach and town centre. Furnished and equipped to a high standard. Outdoor seating and dining area is a bonus. Owners are very helpful and flexible.

  Lovely large house with ample facilities. Lots of areas for visitors to sit together. Owners were very responsive to our enquiries. Fantastic central location within an easy walk of everything.

  No use of the terrace after 10pm seems a little early. Blinds in sitting room need to be replaced.

  Perfect house for a big, Brighton Stag/Hen/gathering.

  The location was excellent. We were less than a 10 minute walk from pretty much everything we did. Rosie the host was amazing. She was in constant contact leading up to the event, and even left us some little treats for when we arrived. Everything was clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfy, and all the facilities worked as expected.
