Diego is great, everything else was terrible
I love Diego. Despite the language barrier, it was clear to us that he had genuine concern for the quality of our stay, tried his best to be incredibly helpful at every step, and was beyond generous. He is the single redeeming factor for this property. It seems like he doesn't own the place, just maintains it, and if that's true, it's a travesty. He should be in charge of this property. He gave us rides to and from the city proper, made sure we had coffee, and tried desperately to fix the issues with the room.
Literally everything else about this stay was terrible. The view wasn't anything what was shown in the listing, everyone except Diego was incredibly rude and condescending when they could actually be contacted, and the air conditioning broke multiple times. When Diego was unavailable, I tried calling the property owners. They took the call while being surrounded by a cacophony of noises, passed the phone around because none of them could speak any English, before ultimately telling us to leave them alone and wait for Diego. When I left the room to find help, I heard them audibly groan and mock me. When I alerted them to the broken aircon, they very clearly couldn't care any less about it. Worst experience of our trip. Don't book this unless you speak fluent Italian, and even then I'd reconsider.

La posizione, nel verde!
Il condizionatore lo abbiamo dovuto spegnere per il rumore e il termosifone perdeva acqua ma non sapendolo ci avevo messo le scarpe sotto e me le sono trovate zuppe… però la cortesia e simpatia di Diego ripaga tutto
