    O quarto era muito confortável e limpo. Hotel com boa localização.

    Não há recepção e nem funcionários no hotel, bem como não há telefone no quarto. Caso necessite de algo, não há a quem recorrer. O único contato que tinha era por meio do Booking. Você fica com as chaves de acesso ao hotel e é isso. Fui comunicada que poderia deixar minha mala no escritório após o check out até o momento de ir à estação de trem. Todavia a funcionária da limpeza disse que eu já deveria pegar minhas coisas, porque, se eu ficasse lá por mais tempo, ela teria que me esperar para ir embora. Então, tive que pegar minhas malas antes do horário que planejei. Detalhe: eu fui embora e ela continuou no hotel. A mesma funcionária bateu na porta do meu quarto às 11:25h (antes do horário limite do check out -12h), dizendo que queria limpar a acomodação. Essas situações foram extremamentes desconfortáveis.
