    el edifico estaba en obras y no estaba apto para el alojamiento y no se han hecho cargo

    el edificio estaba en obras , al entrar el olor a pintura era insoportable y estaban pintando los obreros, había uno cambiandose y en ropa interior , estaba el portal lleno de botes de pintura y un sofa viejo y roto, no podía usarse el ascensor ( aunque se indicaba en la descripción de la casa ) ibamos una familia con una persona mayor de 85 años con movilidad reduccida y tuvimos que subir hasta el segundo piso por las escaleras entre peldaños rotos , herramienta, la pared manchaba de pintura , el edificio no era apto para el alojamiento y nos hemos puesto en contacto con la empresa que lo gestiona y se disculpan y nos ofrecen una indemnización de 100€ de una reserva de 1.102€ que nos costó el alojamiento, estamos muy descontentos y queremos poner una reclamación, tenemos fotos y videos de como estaba el edificio,

    Excellent stay, definitely recommend for a big group in Lisbon that also enjoy the nightlife.

    Superb location. Perfect for a big group with a big communal area. Hosts were great at replying and gave us help where required. 10/10 😊
