    Sympa sans plus, sauf toutes les femmes géniales auxquelles j'ai eu affaire

    Bon petit Déjeuner. Certains des personnels au TOP. Mention spéciale pour Emna, responsable de l'hôtel avec laquelle j'ai eu un échange chaleureux et enrichissant, pour Houloud à l'accueil au professionalisme et à l'amabilité sans faille, pour Janet en charge des chambres au 5e étage tout était très bien et aussi pour le contrôleur à l'entrée des voitures dans l'enceinte de l'hotel dont je n'ai hélas pas le nom mais grâce auquel j'ai pu me déplacer dans les meilleures conditions

    Tout le monde à l'accueil n'est pas aussi performant que les personnes évoquées avant. J'aurais apprécié, arrivant un dimanche d'avoir des informations fiables sur l'environnement de l'hôtel, les moyens de transport accessibles (il n'y a pas que des taxis et l'appli qui m'a été conseillée n'a jamais été utilisable, les taxis refusant de prendre des courses pas assez longues et pas assez chères à leur goût). J'ai dû beaucoup me déplacer à pied et l'hôtel n'est pas vraiment central. Aucun plan de ville papier disponible. Le réceptionniste qui m'a accueillie ne connaît que Google maps !
