    Квартира находится рядом с шикарной транспортной развязкой, а до исторического центра идти пешком вообще несколько минут. Это главный плюс этой квартиры. Под домом 2 хороших супермаркета. Постельное белье чистое, вода горячая есть всегда, окна с отличной шумоизоляцией. Балкон-терраса с видом на порт, можно выходить утром с чашкой кофе. Будет хороший вид
