    Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reservation because the room was not in an acceptable hygienic condition. The beds were clean, but the floor was dirty, with small pieces of debris and several cockroaches. The walls had black marks and red splashes that looked like blood stains, as you can also see in the photos. The receptionist did not offer us another room and told us to cancel the reservation and find another hotel, even though we had booked it two weeks in advance. We also asked to speak with the manager, but this was refused. Very disappointing experience. From 1 to 5 stars, I would honestly give it -5. Leider mussten wir unsere Reservierung stornieren, da das Zimmer hygienisch nicht akzeptabel war. Die Betten waren sauber, aber der Boden war schmutzig, überall lagen kleine Verschmutzungen und wir haben mehrere Kakerlaken gesehen. An den Wänden waren schwarze Streifen und rote Spritzer, die wie Blutflecken aussahen, wie auch auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Rezeptionistin bot uns kein anderes Zimmer an und sagte uns, wir sollten stornieren und ein anderes Hotel suchen, obwohl wir bereits zwei Wochen im Voraus gebucht hatten. Auch ein Gespräch mit dem Manager wurde uns verweigert. Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Von 1 bis 5 Sternen würde ich ehrlich gesagt -5 geben.
