Great location and hosts in the best spot of Venice, Santa Croce.
Great spot in Venice, great hosts (Andrea always has great restaurant suggestions, and makes reservation for us too), great suite, cool private garden, excellent access to Vaporetto and close to central station. We also had the company of Lettugo, a small turtle in the garden, very very cute.
Being on the ground floor, the apartment is a bit humid (we are in Venice, lol). Nothing to complain about.
