    Location was great but it was like apartment there were no one to clean rooms except if u r taking more than three days

    That it was more like an apartment..no room cleaning service and check out was 10 am which is too early any check out is around 12

    The staff was really unhelpful. We complained about the AC not working, and the guy came, but he was not cooperative with us. He stood on a chair and said, “It’s working.” I told him, “I’m not going to sleep on the chair,” but he couldn’t care less, and he just left. I called Booking and spent two days trying to complain about it because it was too late to find another place and everything else was too expensive. The facilities were very, very poor for the quality that he provided. Also, the property was listed as bed and breakfast, but no breakfast was provided. The next morning, after we complained about the AC, he went into our room without asking for permission, which was against privacy and safety and made us feel unsafe. I was so disappointed with my stay in Campo Marzio
